FREE event. No membership required. But, PLEASE, only say yes if you are 100%. Please do not rsvp and be a no show. I determine on how to proceed based on the amount of rsvps. Do not just show up without registering. I won't know you are coming!!! Thank you. Thank you. IMPORTANT Weather permitting you must text me back. I text everyone about an hour before if weather is bad.

Talking. It's the best therapy. Lets hit the beach, get acquainted. We'll meet a designated spot. Bring your coffee, snack or whatever floats your boat. Just a simple meet and greet.

Please be friendly, no hidden agenda and no inappropriate behavior. I.E. No politics or disrespectful conversation. Let's just have an enjoyable time and enjoy being outdoors with friends.

Bring whatever you think you need. Chair, sunscreen, water snacks etc..

There will always be a meeting instructions e-mail sent 24 hours prior. That is why you must be preregistered.

* If you are planning to attend, you will be required to respond to the confirmation/meeting instructions e-mail 24 hours prior. We always send a contact phone number as well. This is a weather permitting event. So, your contact info is required should it cancel due to bad weather.
